MULTIPLE WELDS ARE SEEN ON " TUNED EXHAUST ", IT IS BECAUSE OF THE SHORT SPACE BETWEEN BENDS AND SIZE CHANGES THAT CANT BE DONE ON A TUBE BENDER , MOST PIPES ARE JUST BENT TO FIT THE BIKE AND NOT TRUE TUNED PIPES BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA COST INVOLVED TO PRODUCE THEM
IN 2009 I WAS CONTACTED BY ONE OF THE NATIONS TOP DRZ RACE ENGINE BUILDERS, EDDIE SISNEROS ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO BUILD SOME DRZ PIPES AND TO DEVELOP A PIPE THAT WOULD SUPPORT 60 HP ON A FULL MOD DRZ ENGINE BECAUSE THE ONLY OTHER PIPE THAT COULD DO IT WAS THE SOON TO BE DISCONTINUED YOSH TI , I WAS BUSY BUILDING PIPES FOR ALL THE MOTO BIKES , BUT AGREED AND HE HAD A DRZ DROPPED AT MY SHOP FOR PROTOTYPING , I WAS TO BUILD THE PROTOTYPE AND SEND IT TO HIM FOR DYNO TESTING , MY FIRST COUPLE PROTOTYPES FELL SHORT OF THE MARK , BUT I MADE EDUCATED CHANGES WITH THE FEED BACK FORM THE DYNO AND WAS ABLE TO PRODUCE A PIPE THAT MADE VIRTUALY THE SAME HP AS THE YOSH TI AND BEFORE LONG HAD THE ONLY PIPE A GUY COULD BUY TO SUPPORT HIS FULL MOD DRZ , THE PIPE BECAME SO POPULAR THAT I HAD TO PHASE OUT OF BUILDING MOTO PIPES AND HAVE BEEN ON BACK ORDER EVER SENCE BECAUSE THE Z-PRO GETS ORDERED FASTER THAN I CAN BUILD THEM
